the staff were friendly and very attentive. drinks at the pool were delivered constantly by staff on roller skates. fresh fruit and snacks were offered around the pool area. the ice cream shop was delicious with cakes and coffee available. the main restaurant was busy at times, so waiting for a table was necessary on one night. sunbeds were comfortable, with spots available around the pool until about 9 am.

the buffet offered enough choice for everyone, spanning morning and evening with really good variety. harmony restaurant offers a 24/7 menu alternative to the buffet. alcohol selection is good making the dining experience versatile.

staff were very attentive and seemed happy to assist. a whatsapp team addressed queries promptly even recreating a cocktail from a photo. the level of care extended to remembering and recreating specific requests.
